Wide performance range

  • Maximum allowable pressure: 180 bar*

  • Maximum flow: 1.800 l/h*

  • Optimum working range: Download data sheet to learn more.

  • Ambient temperature range: 0-40 Celsius degrees.

*These values are valid with water temperature at 25ºC and 1 atm

Save up to 50% power energy

Compared with a single piston pump, at a specified pressure, FCM can need only 50-60% of power to deliver the same amount of flow.

As an example, in terms of electricity consumption FCM 80-20 can save up to 2.000 kWh per year.

Avoid the costs of pulsation dampers and pipe failures.

Lower sound level impact

  • LpA < 85 dB(A)
  • Flow is almost constant, there are no peaks, and this allows to decrease the sound level below the values of a single piston pump.

Reduce vibration

  • In longitudinal direction, balancing is almost perfect.

  • In transverse direction the components weight have been compensated to decrease vibration transmitted to the base at minimum levels.

Pulseless flow

Pulsation control devices such as dampeners can be avoided.

Flow pulse variation is less than 10% of total flow.

Easy maintenance

Designed to decrease disassembling time in the most common maintenance tasks.

CE MARKING AND STANDARDS

FCM 80-20 has been designed following CE directive and ISO piston pumps standards:

  • Directive 2006/42/EC
  • ISO 16330:2003 Reciprocating positive displacement pumps and pump units. Technical requirements
  • ISO 13710:2004 Petroleum, petrochemical and natural gas industries. Reciprocating positive displacement pumps
  • ISO 13857:2019 Safety of machinery. Safety distances to prevent hazard zones being reached by upper and lower limbs
  • ISO 12100:2010 Safety of machinery. General principles for design. Risk assessment and risk reduction

*FCM 80-20 is a new and revolutionary design concept that is not completely covered by current standards.
