ENGINEERING

We use the most modern CAE technology and software, optimizing kinematics, and increasing the strength with the minimum amount of material.

F.E.M. TIME DOMAIN

Dynamic F.E.M. analysis

  • Transient analysis can be performed to assess stress in structures or vehicles under shocks or any other time depending excitation.
  • Non linear suspension models can be studied under transient excitations
  • Response spectrum analysis can also be the method to assess the stress response in a shock

Nonlinear material and nonlinear geometric F.E.M.

  • We can perform this calculations to assess the deformation and stress of structures in the plastic region. Usually this simulation is for controlled low velocity deformations.

Explicit dynamics

  • Mine blast impact in military vehicles or vehicle crash to study clashworthiness can be analyzed with explicit methods.

F.E.M. FREQUENCY DOMAIN

Frequency domain fatigue analysis

A terrain power spectral density or any other vibration source is used as excitation to calculate the stress frequency response in the structure. Fatigue damage is assessed with Dirlik method.

Ride & vibration analysis

We create a model of your vehicle or machine to calculate the transfer function and the frequency response of any excitation source in the operators seat or any other chosen point. With this PSD response we can have the RMS and compare it with the limit values of any standard.

Modal analysis

Normal modes and mode shapes are calculated to find out the dangerous excitation frequencies to avoid in the design of the actuators, motors or engines of a vehicle or machine.

multibody dynamics (MBD)

We use MBD mainly to assess kinematic behavior of mechanisms, machines, suspensions or vehicles, but also to extract forces and excitation for later FEM analysis.

We can calculate coupled simulations between MBD and DEM.

CFD

We can simulate internal flow in pumps or fluid machines, but also the behavior of external air flow in machines and vehicles with fans and heat sources.
